Senior Architect, Warehouse Management Systems

1. Design and architect Warehouse Management Systems and processes with integration to WES, Shipping, 3PL, TMS, ERP systems, and material automation/handling systems.
2. Lead and solution requirements with DC Operations/Engineering Teams for technical designs, end-to-end solution process design, process flows, and system solution architecture.
3. Collaborate with developers to build solutions.
4. Advise high-level distribution leadership.
5. Create solution design and process flow documentation, technical design proposals, and functional story writing for business review and technology build.
6. Map and design data models for analytics and reporting using AI/ML automation and self-service analytics tools.
7. Guide other architects and business analysts in solution design, providing best practices, offering solution options, and mentoring for delivery.
8. Conduct proofs of concept, produce prototypes, and suggest models for business scenarios.

1. 12+ years' experience as a Solution Architect with strong knowledge of top-tier WMS (preferably JDA/Blue Yonder/Red Prairie), WES, TMS (preferably Mercury Gate), LMS systems.
2. 10+ years of strong experience with retail business processes and process re-engineering.
3. 7+ years' experience in designing end-to-end operational processes, systems design, and systems integration design for automation systems.
4. 4+ years leading a team of architects and/or BSAs to successful system implementation.
5. Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, and analytics reporting.
6. Strong retail industry background.

12+ years as a Solution Architect with expertise in WMS, WES, and TMS systems, and experience in retail business processes and automation systems.

The annual base salary range for this position is $174,960.00 - $216,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
