- Manage comprehensive reporting for both onsite and offsite media initiatives, including ROAS reporting, hindsight/wrap reports, supply forecasting, and category reports.
- Collaborate with analytics partners and marketing teams to foster personal growth and generate actionable insights.
- Develop expertise in retail media network business and generate innovative analytics insights.
- Enhance efficiencies through automation and dashboards.
- Integrate new analytics techniques for measuring paid media impact on campaign KPIs.
- Lead process improvement discussions and track progress towards objectives.
- Drive innovation with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on paid media analysis in beauty or retail.
- Experience in a media agency is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Databricks.
- Familiarity with paid media channels including search, social, display, video, and programmatic.
- Competence in data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau.
- Ability to manipulate data using SQL, Python, or R.

A minimum of 2 years in marketing analytics, particularly focusing on paid media within the beauty or retail sectors. Experience in a media agency is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, marketing, advertising, statistics, data science, or a related field.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
