1. Develop and maintain HR reporting and dashboards for the organization.
2. Perform data analyses to support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, retention, and employee engagement.
3. Build and manage self-service reporting within HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Dayforce.
4. Query and analyze data sets to answer people-related questions and provide insights.
5. Partner with business stakeholders to develop data visualizations and dashboards that uncover trends.
6. Create dashboards of KPIs and people metrics aligned with company objectives.
7. Lead a Center of Excellence within People Analytics, focusing on specialized projects.
8. Serve as a trusted partner to HR and cross-functional teams for data analytics needs.
9. Translate data insights into actionable stories for leadership decision-making.
10. Streamline or automate reporting processes to support various business areas.
11. Oversee data quality and resolve discrepancies in HR data pipelines.
12. Collaborate with IT teams to address data-related issues.

1. 5+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics.
2. Proficiency in identifying trends using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
3. Intermediate to advanced experience with dashboard creation and people analytics tools.
4. Experience with SQL or related coding within a data warehouse.

1. Advanced technical skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical skills and aptitude for numbers.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Positive and collaborative attitude.

A minimum of 5 years in HR reporting and analytics, with a focus on data analysis and dashboard creation.

The annual base salary ranges from $110,800 to $147,500, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
