Sephora Senior Analyst, HR Reporting & Analytics

- Develop and maintain HR reporting and dashboards for the organization.
- Perform data analyses to support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, retention, and employee engagement.
- Build and manage self-service reporting within HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Dayforce.
- Query and analyze data sets to answer people-related questions and provide insights.
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop data visualizations and dashboards that uncover trends.
- Create dashboards of KPIs and people metrics aligned with company objectives.
- Lead a Center of Excellence within People Analytics, focusing on specialized projects.
- Serve as a trusted partner to HR and cross-functional teams for data analytics needs.
- Translate data insights into actionable stories for leadership decision-making.
- Streamline or automate reporting processes to support various business areas.
- Oversee data quality and resolve discrepancies in HR data pipelines.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address data-related issues.
- 5+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency in identifying trends using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with dashboard creation and people analytics tools.
- Experience with SQL or related coding within a data warehouse.
- Advanced technical skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for numbers.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and collaborative attitude.
A minimum of 5 years in HR reporting and analytics, with a focus on data analysis and dashboard creation.
The annual base salary ranges from $110,800 to $147,500, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
