Sephora Senior Accounting Manager

1. Oversee the Profit & Loss and revenue recognition for Retail, FSC, and Canada business areas.
2. Conduct analytical reviews and variance investigations throughout the fiscal year.
3. Manage month-end reconciliations and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
4. Optimize accounting and operational processes in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS.
5. Identify and implement key controls to mitigate financial risks.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal controls and risk management.
7. Liaise with external auditors and manage audit schedules.
8. Assist in the implementation of S4HANA and lead ad hoc projects.

1. 9+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in the retail industry.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PIVOTs, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
3. Experience with SAP.
4. Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with IFRS accounting principles and financial statements.

A minimum of 9 years of related business experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in the retail industry.

The annual base salary range is $151,810.00 to $169,670.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
