1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away tasks based on business needs.
3. Adhere to company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations to ensure safe working practices.
4. Comply with all company loss prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
6. Adapt to flexible work schedules and adhere to shift and overtime requirements as needed.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards.

1. Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience using menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
3. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
4. Capability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
