1. Safely receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards, to ensure a safe working environment.
3. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
4. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
5. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
6. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
3. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
4. Capacity to be cross-trained in various warehouse functions such as receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping.
5. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a warehouse or similar environment.

Starting base pay is $17.30 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
