1. Safely receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards, to ensure a secure working environment.
3. Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
4. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
5. Respond proactively to directions from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
6. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly.
3. Proficiency in operating RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
4. Ability to pack products using preferred methods.
5. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
6. Capability to be cross-trained in various warehouse processes including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping.
7. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with warehouse operations and WMS is advantageous.

Starting base pay is $17.30 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay based on work schedules.
