1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments.
3. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards, to ensure a safe working environment.
4. Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
6. Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
7. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience using menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for product receiving, picking, and replenishment.
3. Proficiency in packing products using preferred methods.
4. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
5. Capability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
6. Understanding of other business functions as they apply to the position.
7. Ability to work effectively with others to promote teamwork.
8. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner-level experience in a warehouse or similar environment.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
