1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments.
3. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including proper work attire, and report any safety violations.
4. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and maintain regular attendance.
5. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
6. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service according to company standards.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
3. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
4. Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
5. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in warehouse operations is required.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
