1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments.
3. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including proper work attire and reporting safety violations.
4. Comply with all Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
6. Respond proactively to direction from the leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service according to company standards.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
3. Proficiency in packing products using preferred methods.
4. Basic math skills with an ability to match numbers.
5. Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
6. Understanding of other business functions as they apply to the position.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Possess a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a warehouse or similar environment.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
