1. Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
3. Adhere to company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
4. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
5. Respond proactively to direction from the leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
6. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Ability to work designated shifts and overtime as required.
2. Adherence to safety and Loss Prevention policies.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
3. Basic math skills with the ability to match numbers.
4. Capability to be cross-trained in various warehouse processes.
5. Effective teamwork and communication skills.
6. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner-level experience in warehouse operations or related fields.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
