1. Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
3. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as required.
4. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
5. Collaborate effectively with leadership and team members to meet business and operational needs.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
3. Basic math skills with the ability to match numbers accurately.
4. Ability to be cross-trained in various warehouse processes.
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
6. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner-level experience in warehouse operations or related fields.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
