1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments based on business needs.
3. Adhere to company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
4. Comply with all company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
6. Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
7. Respond proactively to direction from the leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn layout quickly.
3. Proficiency in operating RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
4. Competence in packing products using preferred methods.
5. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
6. Capability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
7. Ability to work effectively with others and promote teamwork.
8. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
