1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments based on business needs.
3. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including proper work attire, and report safety violations.
4. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain regular attendance.
5. Adapt to flexible work schedules, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
6. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
3. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
4. Capability to be cross-trained in various warehouse processes.
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
6. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
