1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments.
3. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards, to ensure a safe working environment.
4. Comply with company loss prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
6. Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
2. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
3. Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.

1. Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to learn and navigate warehouse layout.
3. Teamwork and effective collaboration skills.
4. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in warehouse operations or related field.

Starting base pay is $16.50 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
