1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates using specified processes and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments based on business and operational needs.
3. Adhere to all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations to ensure safe working practices.
4. Comply with all company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
6. Adapt to a flexible work schedule and work any designated shift and overtime as requested.
7. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards.

1. Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for product receiving, picking, and replenishment.
3. Proficiency in packing products using preferred methods.
4. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
5. Capability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
6. Understanding of other business functions as they apply to the position.
7. Effective teamwork and communication skills.
8. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in warehouse operations or related fields.

Starting base pay is $16.50 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
