Sephora SAP Application Maintenance Domain Manager

1. Lead and develop an internal team of two, ensuring alignment with the global SAP strategy and fostering a collaborative environment.
2. Oversee SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA support and maintenance, coordinating external providers across France, India, and Brazil.
3. Manage support and maintenance of satellite applications ensuring optimal integration with SAP systems.
4. Define priorities, manage performance through regular committees, reporting, and KPIs.
5. Coordinate critical situations, ensuring transparent communication with business units and IT teams.
6. Integrate projects into operations, structuring knowledge transfer and documentation.
7. Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with business needs and company standards.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting innovation and sustainable solutions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent (Bac+5).
2. Minimum of 10 years experience with SAP, including 3 years in application maintenance management.
3. Expertise in SAP MM/SD modules and knowledge of Finance processes (FI/CO).
4. Proven management experience.
5. Experience in managing offshore providers.
