1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse distribution operations.
2. Attain certification for safe operation of material handling equipment and adhere to battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment and perform tasks as directed by management.
4. Meet safety, production, and service level standards established by the company.
5. Utilize RF terminals to support operating systems and inventory control procedures.
6. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
7. Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
8. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
9. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
10. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally, in line with company standards.
11. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles.
12. Assist maintenance projects requiring motorized material handling equipment support.

1. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
3. Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with preference for those who have operated equipment in a warehouse setting.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.55 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay based on work schedule.
