1. Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is desirable.
2. Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
4. Ability to verbally communicate clearly and objectively with clients and staff.

Previous experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles is preferred. Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is desirable.
