1. Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales results, acting as a proactive agent in implementing necessary actions.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product knowledge.
3. Ensure compliance with Sephora's policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of customer service and store operations.
4. Supervise and train sales consultants to enhance their customer service skills and product knowledge.
5. Conduct regular team meetings to focus on staff development and address any issues in collaboration with HR and store management.
6. Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate stock counts and maintaining appropriate supply levels.
7. Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with Sephora's standards and maintain cleanliness and organization.
8. Facilitate daily team briefings to ensure daily assignments are completed effectively.
9. Address employee concerns promptly and maintain a safe and confidential work environment.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail or a similar industry.

3. Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.
4. Ability to maintain high standards of customer service.
5. Competence in inventory management and operational procedures.

A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity within the retail sector, preferably in beauty or luxury goods.
