1. Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the assigned department.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.
4. Communicate effectively with customers and staff, maintaining clarity and objectivity.
5. Operate the cash register when necessary.
6. Apply cosmetic products to clients, demonstrating product knowledge.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is desirable.
2. Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.

3. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Previous experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles is preferred.
