1. Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the designated section.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.
4. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and staff.
5. Operate the cash register as needed.
6. Apply cosmetic products to customers when required.
7. Maintain a consistent and reliable service standard.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is desirable.
2. Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.
