1. Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results.
2. Manage operations and human resources functions within the assigned section.
3. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
4. Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or when delegated.

1. Completion of secondary education or equivalent; higher education is desirable.
2. Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Critical analysis and logical reasoning abilities.
3. Desirable experience in the beauty industry.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
5. Ability to verbally communicate with customers and staff clearly and objectively.
6. Cash register operation skills when necessary.
7. Knowledge of cosmetic product application.
8. Consistent and reliable customer service.

Desirable experience in retail management, service, or supervisory roles.

High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education is desirable.
