1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate them to the team, acting as an active agent in implementing necessary actions.
2. Support store management in achieving sales plans and operational profits while maintaining expense control.
3. Develop strategies for business growth, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product and service knowledge.
4. Utilize planning tools effectively to ensure operational and business results are achieved.
5. Analyze sales trends, monitor competition, and take appropriate actions.

1. Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Knowledge of inventory management systems.
3. Experience in demand/schedule planning.
4. Previous leadership experience in luxury retail or cosmetics segment.
5. Experience in managing performance indicators.

1. Strong leadership and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in sales and business strategy development.
3. Analytical skills for sales trend analysis.
4. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Proficiency in inventory and demand planning tools.

Previous leadership experience in luxury retail or cosmetics segment is required.
