Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate with team members, acting as an active agent in actions to be taken.
- Support store management in achieving sales plans and operational profits while controlling expenses.
- Develop strategies for business growth by leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
- Effectively use planning tools to ensure operational and business results are achieved.
- Analyze sales trends, monitor competition, and take appropriate actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Experience with demand/schedule planning.
- Experience in leadership roles in luxury retail or cosmetics segments.
- Experience in managing performance indicators.
