Sephora Sales Supervisor

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate them to the team, acting as an active agent in implementing necessary actions.
- Support store management to achieve sales and operational profit plans while maintaining expense control.
- Develop strategies for business growth by leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product and service knowledge.
- Effectively utilize planning tools to ensure operational and business results are achieved.
- Analyze sales trends, monitor competition, and take appropriate actions.
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Experience in demand/schedule planning.
- Previous leadership experience in luxury retail or cosmetics sector.
- Experience in managing performance indicators.
