- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate with team members, acting as an active agent in implementing necessary actions.
- Support store management in achieving sales plans and operational profits while maintaining expense control.
- Develop strategies for business growth, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product knowledge.
- Effectively utilize planning tools to ensure operational and business results are achieved.
- Analyze sales trends, monitor competition, and take appropriate actions.
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Experience in demand planning and scheduling.
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or cosmetics sector.
- Ability to manage performance indicators.
Previous leadership experience in luxury retail or cosmetics is required.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or currently pursuing.
