1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate them to team members, acting as an active agent in implementing necessary actions.
2. Support store management in achieving sales plans and operational profits while maintaining expense control.
3. Develop strategies for business growth by leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product and service knowledge.
4. Utilize planning tools effectively to ensure operational and business results are achieved.
5. Analyze sales trends, monitor competition, and take proactive actions.

1. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Knowledge of inventory management systems.
3. Experience in demand planning and scheduling.
4. Previous leadership experience in luxury retail or cosmetics sector.
5. Experience in managing performance indicators and people management.
