1. Assist the store manager and directly manage customer service, processes, personnel, results, operations, and human resources functions within the assigned department or section.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume the responsibilities of the store manager in their absence or when delegated by the manager.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Critical thinking and logical reasoning.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
4. Ability to verbally communicate clearly and objectively with customers and staff.
5. Flexibility and availability.
6. Knowledge of cosmetic product application.
7. Consistent and reliable customer service.

Previous experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles is desirable. Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
