- Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the designated section.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Critical analysis and logical reasoning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is advantageous.
- Ability to apply cosmetic products on clients.
Previous experience in retail management, services, or supervision is preferred. Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.
