1. Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the assigned section.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or when delegated.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
2. Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable.

2. Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
4. Ability to apply cosmetic products on clients.
5. Consistent and reliable customer service delivery.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
