Sephora Sales Supervisor

- Assist the store manager in managing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the assigned section.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume the responsibilities of the store manager in their absence or when delegated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly and objectively.
- Flexibility and availability.
- Knowledge of cosmetic product application.
Experience in retail management, services, or supervision is desirable. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
