1. Assist the store manager in managing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the assigned section.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume the responsibilities of the store manager in their absence or when delegated.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
4. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly and objectively.
5. Flexibility and availability.
6. Knowledge of cosmetic product application.

Experience in retail management, services, or supervision is desirable. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
