1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate them to the team.
2. Support store management in achieving sales and operational profit plans while controlling expenses.
3. Develop strategies for business growth, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product knowledge.
4. Effectively use planning tools to ensure operational and business results are achieved.
5. Analyze sales trends, monitor competition, and take appropriate actions.

1. Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable.

1. Knowledge of inventory management systems.
2. Experience with demand planning/scheduling.
3. Experience in leadership roles.
4. Experience in managing indicators and KPIs.
