Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate them to the team.
- Support store management in achieving sales and operational profit plans while controlling expenses.
- Develop strategies for business growth, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product knowledge.
- Effectively use planning tools to ensure operational and business results are achieved.
- Analyze sales trends, monitor competition, and take appropriate actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable.
Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Experience with demand planning/scheduling.
- Experience in leadership roles.
- Experience in managing indicators and KPIs.
