1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate them to the team, acting as an active agent in implementing necessary actions.
2. Support store management in achieving sales plans and operational profit targets while maintaining expense control.
3. Develop strategies for business growth by leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product knowledge.
4. Effectively utilize planning tools to ensure operational and business results are achieved.
5. Analyze sales trends, monitor competition, and take appropriate actions.

1. Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable.
2. Knowledge of inventory management systems.
3. Experience in demand planning and scheduling.
4. Previous leadership experience.
5. Experience in managing performance indicators and KPIs.

1. Strong analytical skills to monitor sales trends and competition.
2. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
3. Proficiency in planning and organizational tools.
4. Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies.

Previous experience in leadership roles, with a focus on sales and performance management.
