1. Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique and enchanting client experience.
2. Monitor sales performance and drive sales with a focus on achieving targets and operational excellence.

4. Ensure adherence to Sephora's standards in visual merchandising, organization, and safety.

1. Previous leadership experience in retail or service industries.

3. Strong organizational skills, time management, and team management capabilities.
4. High school diploma required; higher education is desirable.
