Sephora Sales Manager (Work‑Study)

- Co‑manage the commercial performance of a designated store area (e.g., Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) in partnership with the store leadership.
- Plan and organise daily team activity, including scheduling, task allocation and deployment of commercial levers to meet sales targets.
- Drive the area’s commercial project by proposing initiatives to increase sales, conversion and average transaction value.
- Lead, motivate and coach sales advisors to achieve shared objectives and to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Ensure execution of in‑store standards for merchandising, product presentation and customer service within the assigned perimeter.
- Minimum Bac+3/Bachelor degree and enrolment in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in commercial management or equivalent via an alternance (work‑study) contract.
- Strong service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty and retail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams; appetite for targets and collective achievement.
- Professional maturity, organisational rigour and ability to operate in a fast‑moving retail environment.
