Sephora Sales Manager (Work‑Study)

- Act as the commercial lead for a store department/area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Desk, Operations) in tandem with the store management.
- Plan and organise daily and weekly team activity, deploying growth levers aligned with the commercial and people development plan.
- Contribute to and implement the department’s commercial project, proposing initiatives to drive sales and conversion.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Ensure operational standards, merchandising and visual presentation of the department to maximise sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree level (Bac+3) or Bac+4 minimum, and a desire to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management via alternance.
