Sephora Sales Manager (Work-Study)

1. Co-manage the commercial activity of a product area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, Operations) alongside store management.
2. Organise and plan day-to-day team activities, rotas and resourcing to meet sales and service objectives.
3. Animate growth levers and contribute to the commercial development plan for the assigned perimeter.
4. Coach, motivate and support Sales Advisors to achieve shared targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
5. Contribute ideas and operational solutions to drive category performance and customer satisfaction.
6. Participate in the store’s people-development agenda while following the alternance training programme.

1. Bachelor's level education (Bac+3/Bac+4) completed or in progress; candidate must be enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management via alternance.
2. Strong customer-service orientation and a drive for collective success.
3. Aptitude for team animation, coaching and interpersonal leadership.
