1. Manage the commercial activity of a designated department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) in collaboration with a store supervisor.
2. Organize and plan team activities to drive growth in line with the commercial and human development plan.
3. Support the commercial project of the department by being proactive in proposing initiatives.
4. Motivate and guide sales advisors to achieve common objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum, with an intention to pursue a master's in management through an apprenticeship.
