- Manage the commercial activities of a designated department such as Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, or Operations.
- Organize and plan team activities to drive growth in alignment with commercial and human development plans.
- Support the commercial project of the department by offering strategic insights.
- Motivate and guide sales advisors to achieve common objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum, pursuing a Master's in Management through an apprenticeship.
