- Organize and plan the activities of sales teams, leveraging growth drivers aligned with the commercial and human development plan.
- Support the commercial project of a specific department or axis, such as Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Desk, or Operations.
- Motivate and guide sales advisors towards achieving common objectives to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum, with the intention to pursue a master's in management through an apprenticeship.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Team leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
