- Oversee the commercial activity of a designated department such as Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, or Operations under the guidance of a store mentor.
- Organize and plan team activities to drive growth aligned with the commercial and human development plan.
- Support the commercial project of the department by providing innovative suggestions.
- Motivate and guide sales advisors to achieve common objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum, with a desire to pursue a master's degree in management through an apprenticeship.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
- Innovative and proactive mindset.
