- Organize and plan the activities of sales teams to drive growth within the assigned department or axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations).
- Support the commercial project of the department by providing strategic insights and proposals.
- Motivate and guide sales advisors to achieve common objectives, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3) and pursuing a master's in management through an apprenticeship program.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive and driven by collective success.
No specific prior experience required, but a passion for retail and team leadership is essential.
