- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development objectives.
- Motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving common goals to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and execute strategies to optimize team performance and store operations.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

A minimum of one year of successful managerial experience in a customer-focused setting is required.
Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
