1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development objectives.
2. Motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving common goals to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
3. Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
4. Plan and execute strategies to optimize team performance and store operations.
