- Lead and organize the activities of a specific department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development goals.
- Motivate and guide a team of sales advisors to meet shared objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to tackle commercial challenges effectively.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and motivational abilities
- Ability to adapt and propose solutions in a dynamic environment
A minimum of one successful managerial experience in a customer service-driven industry is required.
Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
