1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development objectives.
2. Motivate and guide a team of Sales Advisors to meet shared goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
3. Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to tackle commercial challenges and elevate overall store performance.
