- Lead and organize the activities of the designated department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth in alignment with commercial and human development plans.
- Motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving shared objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Expand product and service knowledge within the team to meet commercial challenges effectively.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of one successful managerial experience in a customer-focused industry is required.
Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
