1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and development.
2. Motivate and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve shared objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and impart product and service knowledge to the team to meet commercial challenges.
4. Plan and execute strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plan.

Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
