1. Lead and manage a specific product category (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) within the store.
2. Organize and plan team activities to drive growth aligned with commercial and human development plans.
3. Motivate and guide a team of sales advisors to achieve shared objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora products and services to meet commercial challenges.
5. Ensure the implementation of growth strategies and operational excellence within the designated area.

Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
