- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development goals.
- Motivate and manage a team of sales advisors to meet shared objectives and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Enhance product and service knowledge and effectively communicate this expertise to the team to tackle commercial challenges.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills

A successful track record in a managerial position within a customer-focused industry is required.
Fixed salary with attractive variable incentives.
