- Lead and organize the activities of a designated sales axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development objectives.
- Motivate and manage a team of Sales Advisors to meet shared goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
