1. Lead and organize the activities of a designated sales axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and development.
2. Motivate and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
4. Plan and execute the commercial and human development plan within the scope of responsibility.
